Contacted Beach and his team early in the week to inquiry about a foul odor we had in our water and by mid week it was rectified. He was informative, responsive and knowledgeable. He came out initially for a service call but ended up fixing the problem completely and instructing us on recommendations on how to avoid it in the future. I will be utilizing Beacher moving forward for any and all plumbing/well needs. Highly recommended.

I had clogged pipes and almost no water. Beacher came the day I called and fixed the problem the next morning. Really responsive and informative, and committed to doing the job right. Beach and Ari were great.

He had an opening today and was here 30 minutes after we called, with no emergency fee. Did the job right, and didn't push unnecessaries. In and out in 20 minutes, and had a more than fair price. We are going to only use his services from now on. Much better quality than Ben Franklin plumbing. Just the best plumber we have ever used.

Beach showed up not long after I called. We had no water and thought my pump was fried. He had my water back in by the end of the day. Great service!

The storm on Christmas Eve Eve knocked our power out and it was off for two days in our 260 year old home that we only moved into 3 weeks prior (we are also first time homeowners) in arctic temperatures. On Christmas Eve the power returned but we found we had no heat in the water baseboards. The Heat tech kindly came out and told us the pipes were frozen and we needed a plumber to fix it. At 5:30 am on Christmas morning we began searching for anyone to help, thinking it was very unlikely to find someone. Beacher agreed to come out and he spent hours defrosting the pipes - again- this was on Christmas morning!!! He got our heat going again and he saved our Christmas, our pipes, and our sanity.

We cannot thank him enough or recommend him highly enough. It was a Christmas miracle and an act of true kindness that is very rare in this crazy world. Thank you so so much Beacher!

Highly recommend Beacher McNeal. They are very honest. We called them about our well pump, we thought that our pump may be frozen the day after Christmas. He answered right away, asked about the situation and then walked us through the possible scenarios. Turns out that our holding tank had a breaker on it that we needed to switch back on. He walked us through it over the phone. Saved us money and was very nice and helpful! You can't find many companies these days that are prioritize the customer like that. Definitely recommend!

Beacher came out the Saturday before Easter and was great! He took out the old tank(that had left me a mess of water to clean up when I woke up this morning in my basement) and installed the new one in no time. Professional and skilled! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🙂 Will definitely use again.

Beacher and Ari (who Beacher is teaching) came out right after we called. Ari quickly identified the problem and fixed it within minutes. They were both incredibly nice and friendly. We are happy to have hot water again! We've used them before--they did a great job replacing piping and fixing the flow of water from the kitchen sink. They were able to come and fix it quickly for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them if we have any future problems. They're a great family business.
